🦷 Excellent Dental Care: A 15-Year Patient's Review! ​I have been a patient of Dr. Hahn's for over 15 years, and he and his team are absolutely great. ​Dr. Hahn is incredibly professional and personable. I especially appreciate how he always explains, in detail, how your oral health is doing and any next steps needed to ensure your teeth remain in excellent shape. His focus on patient education is outstanding. ​The entire team is exceptional: ​Jane at the front desk handles a lot and does a remarkable job of explaining how your insurance works and what is covered. The staff has no care and compassion for anyone. The worst. I’m gonna first by saying I have been going to the dentist for many years and Dr. Hahn always showed me the kindest respect. I had a $300 bill that was overdue I ended up paying at the first chance I get but I have spent over $20,000 with Dr. Hahn so you would think that something small would be overlooked and not a big deal. But it was a big deal to them so they asked me to pay everything upfront to be reimbursed later which I thought was very unreasonable. The front office is rude and disrespectful. Jane I believe is her name is the rudest person you will speak to. She will constantly tell you she is speaking and then when you begin to speak she will interrupt you . I am new to this area and Dr Hahn and his team were highly recommended. I had plenty of questions for the front desk girls about my new insurance, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me, not only find out who my insurance was with, but what I may be responsible in paying for my future appointments. Everyone is super friendly and it is such a relaxed, family environment. You can tell their staff gets along well with each other which made my appointment go that much more smoothly. At the end of my appointment, I even found myself having a laugh with Chris, Dr. Hahns assistant. I also appreciate all the precautions they are taking with consideration of the coronavirus! Phone prescreening, temperature check and mouth rinsing were all completed before I was seated in my room! I am so grat

The front staff was very nice and professional. The doctor was amazing he sat down with me and explained in full detail what my issue were and my options he didn’t rush the visit and was very friendly and easy to speak to. The hygienist Karen took her time with my procedure and friendly. I recommend this place for your dental needs.

All my years of going to different dentists, this is the BEST place hands down. The staff is outstanding, make you feel right at home. Dr. Hahn makes sure you understand every aspect of your treatment and if he can SAVE a tooth he will. You will not regret doing business with Southridge Dental.
