Without question, the most thorough, professional and trustworthy dentist I’ve ever had. She spent over an hour fine tuning my crowns and they’re perfect. She’s the first dentist I’ve ever had who showed this much dedication to their craft. When I thanked her for spending so much time with me, she simply replied, “Of course. Dr. Lily Qian is a very responsible and thoughtful dentist. She carefully evaluated my condition and, even though she could have treated it herself, she chose to refer me to endodontic specialists because my case was more complex. Her honesty, professionalism, and patient-first approach really stood out. I truly appreciate her careful judgment and would highly recommend her.

They took the time to discuss my allergies with me ahead of my visit to ensure they could provide the safest environment. I felt heard and safe. With my invisible disability, it is rare to find folks who are understanding, empathetic, and dedicated to provide a safe environment. Southpoint dentistry makes time for this. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends!

I switched to this clinic last year after several terrible experiences at another one. Dr. Qian is fantastic! She extracted my wisdom tooth in just 10 minutes—super quick and incredibly kind. I didn't even feel any pain and was surprised when she said it was done. It felt like it had barely started. Today, I had a cleaning appointment, and Bianca did an excellent job! She was very gentle and patient, answering all my questions. I'd like to recommend her to do your cleaning if you have sensitive teeth. She is really good! She is only available on Tuesday though.
