Southpark Vascular Center

This place is a joke. They are robbing consumers and insurance companies. I paid for an initial visit to them be scheduled for actual testing. I had the appointment set up for the testing. Then, the week before testing I received a call saying that they had new owners who needed to reschedule my visit because they wanted me to do an evaluation visit once again before doing any testing. Meanwhile, I'm here losing my ability to walk and drive. Disgusting practices. I'll never be back. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Excellent doctor's and staff. My mother had the absolute best care/experience with Dr.Butros and staff. Everyone from the front desk to backroom staff were so very kind caring and patient and we couldn't be anymore happier with the care she received. We highly recommend Dr. Butros for he is the very best ! We both found him to be not only very professional and informative ,but also very kind and caring. I saw Dr. Paul Butros the earlier part of this year for pain in my left leg. I described the pain, the heaviness, how it felt like my veins were wrapping around each other behind my knee. An ultrasound was done and I was told by Dr. Butros that my veins are leaking in my left thigh and leg. I was told to wear Compression socks which I did. Fast forward a few weeks later, I'm still in pain with all the above symptoms. Dr. Butros told me that my insurance would not cover removing my bad veins because of minimal leakage. Called the office spoke with him and was then asked was I wearing the thigh high compression socks? I informed him that he never said to wear the thigh high ones and I don't have any. I had the best experience here at Southpark Vascular!! The staff and doctor are awesome! They make you feel comfortable and at ease while your there!! They are positive with great attitudes and personalities. I would totally recommend them to anyone! They take the time to answer any questions and show they care!! Southpark Vascular is number one! If you need vascular care do not hesitate to come here, you will not regret it!!

I have been delighted and gratified with my overall experience. I had the GAE (genicular artery embolization) procedure to address pain in both knees as I am not a good candidate for knee replacement. A little more than a month out and my pain level has greatly diminished. I understand that it may take 3 months to realize the full benefits so I look forward to continued improvement!
