Where do I start? First off, I came in for my routine cleaning, which my insurance covers every 6 months, and I never pay for it. I was charged $50 for a half done cleaning. The girl at the front desk told me they’ll finish the rest of the cleaning when I come in to have my other cavities filled. What do you mean???? Why couldn’t the cleaning be done in one visit??! All the dentist did was clean along my gumline (not even under it, so it wasn’t even a deep cleaning). And then I had 2 cavities filled. 3 days later, one of ny teeth is very sensitive to temperature, as if my cavity wasn’t even filled, and the filling is too high in the other tooth, so now it’s uncomfortable when I bite down! I was warned by several people not to come here, but I have limited options with my insurance

If there is a less negative star this people deserve it, I usually don't write negative reviews because some people can loose their jobs, but to be honest this life threaten and it needs to be reported, this called clinic its not been sanitize according to the rules and regulations, as soon as you walk in there you can tell it doesn't even feel like you are in the United States, I went for a regular cleaning when the doctor sees the Xray he made a suggestion to fix a filer something that was not bothering me at all, well I agreed bad decision, whatever they did when away maybe an hour later but I was in so much pain I said I'll go later I called a couple of times like usual they didn't answer the phone when they finally did after many attempts the receptionist told me that I didn't get any

I did not have a great experience with this office staff. At my first visit, Melody (Mel) confused me with another patient after saying there is no need for me to sign in, insisting I came prior and was there for a filling even though it was my first time in the office??... After x-rays and an evaluation, I was told to come in another day for the first of two cleanings since there was no availability for the day... I was told one is covered by insurance and the second would require me to pay $50 out of pocket. When coming in for my first cleaning I informed Mel at the front desk, after not being greeted at all, that I will be relocating and won't be able to come in to that office for the second cleaning. After years of service at this location i walk in and let them know im in serious pain so they tell me i must wait 4 days for an appoointment , after waiting 4 days they tell me im early they are going for lunch so they purposely scheduled me with major pain for after they eat lunch . Then once they finally take me in and charge me 35$ they sit me in a back office for over 2 hours without speaking to me other then once to lie to me and say the doctor will be right in 10 mins , waited another hour untill i just walked out this place has no service whatsoever and are very social distant from thier customers . Think twice if your in pain to ever use this dentist the worst service i ever had at a dentist in my life" also while i waited i heard them take 3 people before me in other pods so just

The dentist was very professional. The staff was courteous and the place was very clean.
