The doctors here have been amazing! Super hospitable and kind to my baby. My problem, however, is with the receptionists. If you're trying to call to schedule an appointment, change an appointment, notify that you'll be late, or call for any reason really, good luck getting through. These receptionists care more about their own cell phones than caring about answering the office phone or setting up the next appointment in person. We have watched them ignore the office phone ringing while they text and play on their personal cell phones. They have paused setting up appointments to look at their phones. Absolutely love Joanna and the staff here! She always listens to all of my concerns with my son’s medical needs and points me in the right direction for it if they can’t help with his complexity issues.

My husband and I have had great experiences with STP! We mostly see Natalie, who is thorough and goes above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns we have! All of the staff are extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I truly feel as though they want the best for my daughter.

The pediatricians here are phenomenal and I couldn't speaking more hìghly about them. However the receptionist and office manager are a completely different story. We've missed 2 or so appointments and life happens so we work through it and pay the $50 dollar fee. Get the letter that they will drop us if it continues which is understandable. However whats not acceptable is the 6 plus times we've scheduled appointments and they give us a date and we show up and its a completely different date. Even with a proof of a text notification or appointment card. You can rarely get through to the office because the receptionists cant stay off their phones, even while theyre trying to set up your appointment while your in front of them. Ive watched them let the phone rings to text and be on Facebook
