Southern Technical College - Brandon

I loved southern technical college everyone was always so nice and helpful. I loved the teachers and staff. I would definitely recommend any of my friends or family to this school.

This is a fraudulent school, as a veteran I’m appalled by the way this school conducts business. Charge you 18k for a garbage education. You’ll leave the school not knowing much. don’t waste your time. Go to Erwin or even Manatee technical college. They are more affordable and will give you a real education and more hands on training. They don’t help you get a job either and when you are working the job you have to take off time at work every single day because you have to attend a lecture you have to listen to or else they will fail out of the school.

I give this school five stars when I went. Mrs G was the best! Along with Mrs.Candida!!! It breaks my heart to know they let go one of the best teacher for what they call the fundamentals of medical assisting. No doubt about it but Mrs g and Mrs Candida are the best teachers there! Mrs Candida is like the female version of major Payne but she cares about her students. Mrs g is like a school mom she’ll guide your way through anything. They are the best advocates for their students. Southern tech lost a good teacher but I’m hoping they keep Mrs Candida around. Mrs G and Mrs Candida are the holy grails of the medical assisting program!

The school is amazing, in fact better than I have expected. Something that particularly got my attention are the laboratories where the hands on training take place. They are a combination between high end and traditional technology, giving you the possibility to learn about different systems that you'll fing in real life. All the teachers are really experienced in many fields and have the ability to teach and evaluate us in different ways. Definitively it was a great investment and I would recommend it to others.

I had a great experience at southern technical College at Brandon. My professors were amazing. If you want to learn they will take their time and teach you, and answer any questions; they will stay behind and answer you after everybody has left. They hey will work with you one on one. When you first walk into their campus, their receptionist, Ms. Del, is so inviting, friendly and very knowledgeable. She really made it easy to decide to enroll at the campus, among other things. I would highly recommend STC - Brandon to anyone. Out of all the campuses they are the best. You can feel the friendliness when you enter the building. Thank you everyone who helped me achieve my goal.
