Genuinely the best dentist I have ever been to. They always make sure I’m taken care of and have everything I need. Always honest, compassionate and they actually listen. I have had so many unfortunate experiences at past dentists that I grew to avoid going. This place helped me start taking care of my dental health again. All staff have been very helpful and amazing. My friend always raved about her dentist and all the staff so I made an appointment and I have to say I agree with her 100%, they are wonderful. They have the latest technology and their attention to each patient is unsurpassed. I was previously with a large dental group that was so commercial and impersonal. Dr. Grama and her team are sweet, professional but very personable. Prices are reasonable and they aren’t trying to upsell you. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience at Brandon Modern Dentistry. The entire office staff was amazing, kind, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Monica Abouelsaad is truly amazing—professional, honest, and very thorough. Two months ago, another dental office told me that all of my bottom teeth needed to be pulled. I wasn’t comfortable with that and decided to get a second opinion. Dr. Abouelsaad confirmed that I do not need to have my bottom teeth removed, and I am extremely grateful for her honesty and care. The hygienist, Jackie, was also amazing—gentle, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. Moe, the office manager, was very kind, caring, and considerate of my needs as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I went in for my first visit expecting a routine cleaning. While the staff was polite, the business practices are absolutely disgusting. Despite telling me I have good oral hygiene, they concluded that I had 4 cavities requiring 4 root canals and crowns, as well as laser cleaning. I’m mid twenties, get regular cleanings, and had my last one just 6 months ago, no pain, so this diagnosis was shocking. What made it even more suspicious was the comment: “You’re very lucky to have good insurance.” That told me everything I needed to know. They billed my insurance $1,800 just for my first visit which essentially included the X-rays, as a refused after more than 2 hours at their office to get a cleaning from them. This place is amazing, from the fronts desk to getting your procedure done. Everyone is friendly and comforting. They make you feel right at home and take away the nerves of being at the dentist. The doctors and surgeons are amazing and gentle with you. Very happy about getting my dental work done here. 10/10 would recommend !
