He has exceptional bedside manners and always took the time to explain my condition, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with every step. What I appreciated most was that he never rushed to recommend surgery—he tried every possible conservative treatment first. When surgery eventually became the right option, he prepared me thoroughly and put me at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive, which made the whole process smooth from beginning to end. My surgery was successful, and my recovery has been far better than I expected. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Cruz to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate foot doctor.
