Dr Walton is really good , he's down to earth, honest and upfront. All are appreciated!! The office staff is always nice and the offices are clean. The one HUGE downfall is parking, I regularly have to drive around 20 mins to get a spot. Just use caution with your time due to the limited parking

I went into the er at saint Rose and doctor knoblock was my assigned physician for my surgery to repair my hernia. she was incredibly professional and told me exactly what to expect and luckly for me the procedure was very simple. I think it had a lot to do with her skill and so I had no pain I had no issues I was up and moving within a day. I followed the orders to take it easy for a couple of weeks which I'm doing. but amazed at how wonderful the experience is. I did go into their office for a follow-up and I can't really tell you how wonderful the staff is they were simply too fast and efficient for me to have to even spend any time with them at all. I had a cholecystectomy performed by Dr Charles Walton. Everything went great! He is knowledgeable and professional. I also want to thank Mary Paramore from the scheduling department. She has very kind and helpful along the process.

From the minute I first called their office I was impressed. I was actually crying because a Dermatologist had messed up a procedure and then told me he couldn't help more anymore and that I need to find a surgeon because I had a deep wound infection. So I was scared, I had been on antibiotics for three weeks and was having a hard time finding a doctor's office to listen to me because most places only care about what insurance you have. Allison, Gina and all the rest of the front office staff listened and were caring and got me in fairly quickly. I met with Dr. Scott Jr. who immediately recognized that I did not have an infection and that I need surgery to repair a damaged lymph node. I will chalk it up to the office being busy. But the inconsistency makes me leery to put my life into their hands. 1st the customer service is amazing! They are super friendly; the staff is kind and very supportive. I was given hope from Dr. Blair the 1st day I came in.
