I had a wonderful visit like always. Dr. Jones was spot on, like she always is. I’m so thankful to have the staff on my team. My phlebotomist was extremely outstanding, I appreciate you. The new Suffolk, Virginia location is amazing. Thank you all.

Only Visited this place twice and today being the second time, it will be my last. I would rather suffer my health issues then be disrespected with being talked down to, I was harmed and aggressively snapped at for asking for a moment to recover. I brought my close friend in with me. and he witnessed the behavior, they even gave him attitude for no reason. I have mental health disabilities and this affects my talking and anxiety PTSD is my main disability, they made me uncomfortable to continue to trust anymore contact with this whole office. from the front desk to the back rooms. It would seem like the people inside forgot to be professional when they learned the education to be in this position. They are the worst if your appointment is at 2 you are lucky if you get out by closing. The people behind the desk are very rude and acts like you are invisible when you are trying to check in or out. Please make your next appointment before you leave their office because if you don’t good luck trying to make one over the phone it will never happen. The only reason I gave them one star is cause they want aloud you to leave zero stars ⭐️

The staff here was so kind! They were very friendly and professional! From the first person that greeted me to the last. My visit was quick and they made my experience less intimidating. Thank you for that Southeastern!

I only left one star because i had to to leave a review.. Place is very unprofessional and staff is rude only until i met Nurse practitioner Nellie Chamblee which has no business being in the medical field at all.. She was rude and combatative from the beginning.. I Complained to Mrs. Boone which is supposed to be in charge and was ignored just as i was in every attempt to get her Reprimanded.. Now Mrs. Chamblee has stopped my medication without notice and I need them to Live.. They are unethical,immoral, and incompetent.. Don't waste your time find somewhere else, youll be glad You Did.....
