I am not trying to be a complainer. The things I am saying are intended to help. First I love my doctor and every other person I have worked with has been great. My biggest suggestion is to do something so we can actually reach someone at the office. It is so bad that I assume you are already aware of the issues. You can't reach anyone and it takes as much as 3 weeks for a return call. And, the text message system doesn't work any better. Hope that helps.

The nurses and doctors are absolutely WONDERFUL. However, I would not recommend this office due to check-in. Everyone in the waiting room gets to hear your personal information including what procedure you are having. I was mortified. I think this falls under a HIPPA violation, but I'm not sure. The blonde lady at the front desk laughed at me when I made a comment about the entire waiting room hearing my information. HORRIBLE person!!! She should not be part of patient care.

The people are always kind and professional. Without the Drs. And care team I would not be around to enjoy time with my grand daughter. They fixed my G.I. bleed and also gave me a lot of knowledge on triggers and things I can do to get better.

I was very impressed with the time that I was their, The staff explained what they were going to do on my return to help me with my medical condition, Thanks to all of the staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shannon really helped me coordinate procedures that were ordered by 2 different doctors which I appreciated so much. Appointments have a short wait time. Dr. Chennupati was so helpful explaining test results.
