Southeast Idaho Sleep DME

The people here are so very helpful!! I was on vacation in Yellowstone and had lost my nose piece.. they expedited getting the nose piece to me. I called at least 6 other sleep supplying places..all had no one pick up the phone.. this place.. a live person answered the phone.. it is rare in this industry.. and they wanted to do sll they could do to get me squared away .. so thankful for their desire to serve and help!! Great customer service!!!

I will be forever grateful to the personnel at SE Idaho Sleep and their willingness to help me solve a huge issue due to the recall and a move. I ended up with no c-pap machine and no way to get one. Your kind personnel guided me through the hoops and helped solve my problem. They are so positive, helpful and concerned about how I’m doing. I will be forever grateful to them. I have been to DME clinics across our country and in Germany. This clinic is by far the best I have been to. The huge selection of masks and the friendly staff’s expertise made my fitting experience the best I have had in 12 years of using a CPAP. No other clinic has even come close. The office was very clean and professional, the fully reclining test chair was comfortable and the amazing try-on policy really made me feel comfortable trying something new or different and not getting stuck with a mask I don’t like. The flexible payment options are also amazing.

The staff is so helpful and informative. I always have my Bi-pap supplies readily available, shipped to me or promptly given to me over the counter when I come to pick them up in person. Five stars.

I will not deal with this store again. I was made to feel I was the problem when I could not find a mask that worked well for me. I found out later that the fit was too large and not good match for my issues, when I repeatedly went in for help they tightened the straps and told me I needed to get accustom to the mask. Finally they gave me a type of port that sticks to your nose. It was difficult to use and the components did not hold up well. Very destressing. I do not recommend them. I tried to work with them for over 2 years and was very unhappy. I would recommend Adapthealth in Rigby.
