Monica was amazing. She looked me over well, and i felt confident that she didn’t miss anything. She gave me prescriptions to take care of my scalp, and told me to call if i have any problems. My wife and i really like her. I hope to see Monica the next time i need services.

Arrived 15-20min early. No one greeted me. Front desk yelled Next. Was given forms and told to bring top 3 forms when they were completed back up to front desk. In front of other waiting patients receptionist asked was I finished yet. Told them No. Felt very rushed. Door opened to the examining area, my name was called, took unfinished forms with me to examining room. A nurse’s assistant spoke to me a moment, left then came back to give me price quote for the visit. I said no problem, she left and came back with NP Tan who by the way was the only real friendly person I encountered. I was examined, paid via CC and received no receipt. I called back 30min later requesting to be emailed an itemized bill and Billing told me to call back on Monday because the system hadn’t updated the inf

The PA we saw Monica Herrera was amazing. I would like to give a lower score because of the lady at the front desk. We were told a procedure was going to cost $79.00. When we got to the front to pay we were told it was $399.23. The reason it was so high is the front desk assumed we had met our deductible. This alone made our visit there unpleasant. We will not go back there.

The doctor seems great. I've had no issue with the staff. However, the fact that this is a cash only doctor's office is insane to me. You are not able to pay with a credit card. You are forced to go to the ATM to get money out to pay them in cash. Nobody carries cash! In fact I exclusively use credit cards because they're safer. Sadly, regardless of the doctors or the office staff I will be changing dermatologists strictly based on the fact that a cash only doctor's office is beyond my grasp. I know there are other people like me who do not want to have to run to the ATM to pay a doctor when it is 2025 almost 2026. We should be able to pay with our card. If the system is this antiquated they need to pay to have it updated. And I would love to know when they do that because I'd like to go b

Called to confirm an appointment I made online and was immediately met with BIG SIGHS like I was ruining this lady’s whole day by calling?! If you are this rude on the phone to new patients I can not imagine how you are in house. It is not that hard to just be professional. I’ll never know if the dermatologist is good because your front person is so horrid.
