Been a patient for a few years. After moving away and coming back to Cartersville. Treated poorly for the first time today. Dr Harris is amazing, but I have not seen him for a few years now I’ve always seen his PA, but she recently changed to another practice in another city. Went for my scheduled appt and the office manager/MA barely looked at me when she put me in the room, was having a bad day I guess. Let’s just say I ended up in tears and felt gaslit and disrespected. I did write an email to Dr Harri’s office in Rome concerning what happened. I am waiting to hear back Always had excellent care here as did my husband. Just disappointed in the customer service. Hopefully Dr. Harris finds a new PA soon for the Cartersvllle office. I had a very disappointing experience here. I booked an appointment with Dr. Keith Harris, but they rescheduled me with Dr. Jodi Ann Moore. At first I was asked to wait in the room. The doctor came after 10 minutes but was in such a hurry that she barely listened to my concerns. I tried to explain my health issues, but she only gave me quick half-answers without a proper examination. She did not check me thoroughly and did not even write down the names of two out of three prescribed medicines—she just mentioned them verbally to buy them online Only one prescription was sent to CVS Pharmacy, and now I don’t even know what medicines I am supposed to take. Let me start off by saying I absolutely love the all the Doctors that work there. Very knowledgeable but time management is everything. I respect y'all time. So respectfully. Don't have your patient waiting 2hrs or more. Just to have 5 minutes consultation with the doctor example appointment time is at 8:00 I didn't get called back til 9:30 . Now I know y'all can do better
