My primary care physician and all their staff have always been excellent and attentive to my health and needs. Having MyChart is very convenient in seeing all of my information in one location and also offering me a very easy and convenient method to communicate with anyone if I have any questions about prescription, results or appointments. I've never felt I was rushed at an appointment and appreciate that I'm always listened to instead of talked to.

There policy states that I can not be with my wife to find out the gender of our first child. I kiss my wife everyday I am in the car with her for every appointment. We are the same person. Tell me how/why this is right? They said negative test, vax status does not matter.

Ask to be seen at another office. Every time I have come here I have waited for a rediculous amount of time. Appt at 9:15, 15 minutes after they open, I waited for an hour. There is no communication inside the building. Nurses pop the door open, ask the same questions then disappear.it’s hard to believe there are offices that even operate like this. Truly an awful experience. Ask to be seen at another office.
