I would like to thank Ascent Audiology & Hearing for their care and support for my father. During our visit he was treated with respect and care. He was 90 years old and, unfortunately he passed away before he could use his new hearing device. He was really looking forward to be able hear conversations. Fantastic customer service! My mother's husband, Robert Medeiros, had been a customer for several years and was always very pleased with how he was treated. Ascent spent considerable time getting him approved for assistive devices like a Clear Caption phone and modules which shake the bed when the doorbell rings or smoke alarm sounds. These devices aren't even sold by Ascent so they had no profit incentive at all, yet they worked on Robert's behalf. When he was confined to a nursing home and his hearing aid was lost, Ascent provided a free loaner while waiting for his replacement aid to arrive.
