It’s very unfortunately that I wasn’t able to take my kids to get them seem because of the lack of opening another things is the receptionist they aren’t professional at all

The doctors there are nice but unfortunately the receptionist working at the front desk are super rude which seems to be what other people are saying as well. It’s unfortunate that they can’t get people that are friendly and happy to be at work.

Doctors are good i never had an issue with them . But the receptionist are so rude so unprofessional, they think they own the place . I had extremely need for an appointment for my son , they put him two months later the appointment . Very very disappointed with them

This place is horrible, i couldn't get my son an appointment while he was with ear pain, just because they don't have openings and told me call in 2 weeks, this is crazy!! Thank God I went to another place and he got his treatment same day!! Do not recommend this practice at all

Receptionists think they are nurses and attempt to triage, refuse to transfer to nurse. They overbook well appointments with sick appointments. Children who are sick can’t be seen in timely manner. My child had RSV and double ear infection. I called at 8am with a child in respiratory distress, the receptionist did not transfer me to nurse, told me there was no one available to see him, told me I’d get a call back and hung up on me. I was able to get my child see elsewhere to confirm what was going on and get treatment that same day. On a separate instance my child broke out in hives and I called to confirm benadryl dosing, the receptionist told me there was no one available and refused to transfer me to nurse to speak with them.
