The people out there are just amazing.

I had a very disappointing experience. The receptionist was unkind and dismissive, and the provider appeared uninterested in addressing the situation. I had an appointment recorded in my calendar for 2:20 PM and arrived at 2:16 PM. Upon checking in, I was told my appointment had actually been scheduled for 2:00 PM and that I could not be seen. I am confident that I did not incorrectly record the time. I was informed of a policy stating that patients arriving more than 15 minutes late would not be seen—yet I was just one minute beyond that cutoff. The provider was consulted and declined to see me, citing a busy schedule.
