Hands down one of the best bodywork sessions I’ve had. Cindy is highly skilled and intuitive. I found the experience intense, but incredibly relieving. I felt a real reset afterward. Will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful 90 min massage with Rachel and she did a wonderful job. She was professional, kind, played a nice spa track and applied the right and consistent pressure throughout the 90 mins. I have been to many wonderful people through the years and Rachel is really quite excellent. Happy to have found her and I will rebook with her soon!

Body Blueprint Wellness is a fantastic place dedicated to caring for your body. Rachel is a wonderful massage therapist who has helped my decades long struggle with headaches and neck and shoulder tension. They also offer pelvic floor PT and facials. What a local gem!

I had a fantastic massage from Paula this week. She listened to my needs, went over the plan and was so thoughtful and attentive with every detail. I was immediately comfortable and at ease. She has an intuitive touch and the techniques were effective while still being relaxing (pace and pressure were spot on). The space is lovely.
