Norwell Pediatrics

Joined Norwell Pediatrics after MV closed; we had seen Dr Davis a handful of times there - she was not our primary but seemed okay. If you have questions in relation to safety & efficacy of certain medical treatments this is not the place for you. We were told to find a new pediatrician for our 4th child; although they were willing to continue to see our older 3?! I was mind blown. Also — if you do require emergency / sick visit care they do not work weekends, and anytime we needed an appointment outside a well check we could not be seen. There was also never a follow up.

Front desk doesn't have the best table manners and doesn't know anything about copays. Not sure about Dr. Davis, but the appointments just come off as if she's coerced to being there, and her monotone voice isn't very soothing and calming to first time parents.

Dr. Davis has been our pediatrician for 13 years! Amazing doctor, caring and patient - awesome staff, fantastic nursing team. Highly recommend! Especially to expectant parents - They’re so awesome with babies!

Highly disappointed in the service. My daughter was rushed to the ER at South Shore Hospital then from there transferred to Children's in an ambulance. A pretty traumatic experience for any child and parent. After the discharge I was told to call the doctor and recheck her liver enzymes within a week. I called the office and explained the situation. I was asked to text the providers because my call to the front desk receptionist was not sufficient. 24 hours later no follow up, I had to follow up with them, to be met with an attitude for being disappointed that no one thought to give my daughter the care she needed.

Dr Davis has been my daughter’s doctor for close to 10 years. She and her team have always been amazing. She is a good listener and pays attention to the whole patient. There have been two instances when my daughter needed specialized care (all is fine now) and Dr Davis was wonderful. She referred us to strong specialists, was very responsive, and advocated for my daughter to be seen as soon as possible given the stress we were under. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Davis.
