CareWell Urgent Care Norwell

The staff were excellent and very helpful, especially when I called back to ask that my prescription be emailed to a different pharmacy. I was seen on Christmas Eve Day and was impressed by this. HOWEVER, NO ONE TOLD ME THAT THIS PRACTICE DOES NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE REINBURSEMENT RATES. NOW IT APPEARS THAT I OWE THEM $870.00. As I said, the staff was very professional and efficient and helpful. And the online booking saved me so much waiting time. But, now I am spending time trying to determine why they will not accept my Medicare Supplement insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC.

I have had several excellent experiences at CareWell Urgent Care in Norwell. I have enjoyed the peaceful calm in the waiting area. The check-in process is efficient and the receptionist is always warm, helpful and kind. I have never had to wait too long before being seen. The various medical staff members have always also been warm and kind. They have demonstrated excellent skill in the help they have provided. I never hesitate to go there when I have a medical concern.

I recently made went to carewell urgent care norwell and had a great experience. I was able to reserve time slots and do registration paperwork online ahead of time to save a spot in line and avoid paperwork at check in with my 4 year old. I received text updates reminding me about my appointment and to just check in when I get there. The check in process was easy, the woman at reception was so kind and easy to communicate with. The facility itself was clean. I was seen within a reasonable amount of time and the providers were also kind and friendly.

This is my “go-to” urgent care. I can always get a same day appointment. Wait times not long - saw me within 5 mins of my scheduled appointment. Staff is professional, but also super friendly. They listen. Efficient. No complaints.

Exceptional and reliable care. The staff is courteous and accommodating. This place was recommended to me by the staff at the Company Theatre in Norwell. I am so glad to have this gem right around the corner. Easy scheduling online and a text reminder when your appointment is coming up! Highly recommend!
