South Shore Family Medical PC

First of all ROSEANN is very miserable. I had called for an appointment, the woman told me to come after 3. I called at 348 and they sayed I was good to come. I came in at 430, (I was coming from Brooklyn) she told me I had a 245pm appointment (which no I didn’t). She gon tell me “the lady told you I was sitting right here”. The lady told me nothing about an appointment. Very nasty attitude & to lie because you don’t want to do your job is outrageous. All 3 workers were standing there laughing and talking when I walked in. I kept a very professional and clam attitude. I refuse to let old miserable people ruin my day because they’re lazy.

Exceptional care from start to finish the staff is very compassionate this is the greatest medical facility. they keep myslef and my brother well cared for and confident the quality of treatment we receive they keep us informed with all our medical needs Thanks to Raven, Roseanne , dominique , and Dr vatoulas. I highly recommend for anyone seeking. Top tier medical care

This medical center is a true family medical center. The staff are friendly & very accommodating to the patients needs. Dr. Rayven is loving, and very caring. She's the best, I wish more doctors was more like her.

Poor Experience – Lack of Privacy and Professionalism I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor's office. The reception area offers no privacy, and I could clearly hear the receptionist speaking about patients' personal information out loud, including mine. This is not only unprofessional but also a serious breach of confidentiality and trust. To be more pacific Rosina She’s very loud and obnoxious. They need to get rid of her from this office. Patients deserve to feel safe and respected, especially in a medical setting. Discussing private health details where everyone in the waiting room can hear is completely unacceptable. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope the office takes patient privacy more seriously in the future and trains their staff on
