The staff took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure my mother felt comfortable every step of the way. You never feel rushed here they truly listen and treat their patients with kindness and respect. Dr. Daniel Krauss is professional, patient, and genuinely attentive. He takes the time to make sure everything is done right while keeping patients at ease. Love this office! The staff are friendly and kind. My most recent trip it had sadly been a little over 2 years since I had been to the dentist. I have had an experience in the past where a dentist tried to tell me I needed a deep clean that would cost me $800 because it had been 1 year and my gums looked bad. Not here, they did a regular cleaning covered by insurance and did it efficiently. Im so glad to have found a dentist I can trust!

The best dentist I’ve ever been to! The experience starts with Tina at the front desk- she always answers the phone, pleasant, ready to answer all questions, and accommodating. The service I’ve received from her is highly personal, when she promises a call back or a question answered, you receive it! My dental hygienist is Sara, and she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and also a joy to speak with. She remembers personal details about me I’ve shared months later and always asks about me, my son, family, etc. She is very thorough in her work and does it with incredible precision. Dr. Krauss is the best dentist I’ve had- he is highly knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and is available by personal call after hours when needed. my family has been receiving excellent dental care from South Shore Dentistry for over 15 years. we appreciate the whole staff of Dr. Krauss especially Tina at the front desk, always friendly and helpful with billing and setting up appointments and Sarah, our hygienist, whose light, gentle touch makes our twice-a-year prophylaxis appointment less of an ordeal. we highly recommend this practice.

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Krauss and his team make the effort to make you feel comfortable. And it’s genuine. They answer all the questions you can ask. And are so knowledgeable and passionate about teeth/mouth and patient care. I don’t live in FL anymore but I have no problem flying down to visit them for my appointments.
