South Point Pharmacy

Running a business in Miami is tough, traffic is terrible, getting on time to places is almost impossible and let’s not even discuss our population: patience is not a strength. BUT when you’re responsible for such an important part of a persons health such as life sustaining medications.. not having meds on time is an ISSUE. Telling me you’re going to dispense and deliver medicine (as part of the service) next day at almost noon is NOT OKAY. Providing excuses such as: we’re short staffed, our driver isn’t available, we couldn’t get to the prescriptions today we’ll do them tomorrow is UNACCEPTABLE. Overall this pharmacy needs to be ran with more efficiency and less excuses
