South Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Everyone at this office was kind, efficient and thoughtful. I was so nervous about my son having his wisdom teeth pulled but I felt like I was in very good hands at this practice. The surgery was performed with care and expertise. The after care instructions were clear. They checked in several times after the surgery to make certain my son was recovering well. My son bounced back very quickly. I would feel very comfortable referring anyone to this practice.

The care received at South OMS is outstanding...from every aspect. Even though taking care of dental issues is never pleasant, the TLC and professionalism of the entire OMS team makes it much easier and far less dreaded. Could not ask for a better oral surgeon than Dr. Keyser and better support team. Thank you!

The whole staff was wonderful. Dr. Keyser is very nice, great personality and explained the procedure beginning to end. She was spot on. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing dental surgery.

Dr. Peoples and his staff at the Fayetteville office were excellent! I put off getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out for years, so I thought the recovery was going to be worse now that I'm in my 30s. The day of surgery went so smoothly, and the staff made it stress-free. Recovery went well, and now I don't know why I waited so long to do it. Couldn't recommend Dr. Peoples and his staff enough!

I had a tooth that needed to be pulled because it was broken, we decided to do an implant. It was a journey. It was a three visit procedure over a matter of months. Dr Keyser, her assistants and all of the office staff are so incredibly nice to everyone. I felt well cared for all 3 visits. I’ve finished my oral surgery “journey “ with this tooth. But I’ll definitely go to Dr Keyser every time I need an oral surgeon. I’d recommend her to everyone. I’m not crazy about going to the dentist or oral surgeon, Dr Keyser and her staff made it way less stressful. Thank all y’all! Love Katheleen Thomas.
