I love South Miami Physical Therapy and Pilates. Michelle Gust is a very knowledgeable and kind therapist and has a special gift for knowing exactly what part of your body she has to treat and/or massage. She has hands of gold! I first went to her because I needed knee replacement. She was honest and although I did physical therapy to see if I could avoid having surgery, in the end she encouraged me to do it. I am post surgery now and continue to go to Michelle for treatment whenever I need it. I highly recommend Michelle and her staff.

Michelle is an amazing PT! Very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I came to her with a complicated diagnosis and she knew exactly what course of treatment would be best for me and guided me on what the next steps should be for me as I had to leave Miami. Extremely knowledgeable of our complicated anatomy and nerve issues. I will definitely go back to see Michelle every time I’m back in Miami for years to come.

I've had chronic back pain due to numerous spine issues for over ten years. I became an ardent participant in Pilates which has done wonders for me, and I believe kept my lumbar off the operating table (even though I did have cervical 3 level fusion surgery. I started my Pilates discipline at Michelle's studio many years ago and attended for several years until I moved further south and closer to other studios.
