South Jersey MS Center at Bromley Neurology

I spent years going across the river to see Dr. Jeffrey Greenstein for my MS. When he retired, South Jersey MS Center was his recommendation. I've been seeing Brandee Forcesa ever since - about 5 years now. She is very knowledgeable and I am pleased with my care. The infusion suite at Bromley is top-notch and having a lab on-sight makes life a lot easier for a working mom, which I was when I started. Empty nesting, I still appreciate the time saved with an on-sight lab. I'm going to see Brandee today and there are times when I've had to wait. Not always. Often Brandee is on time. But, I'm sorry to say that is par for the course with the neurologists I've seen in general. I've had to wait. The medical care is outstanding. I have always received excellent care from all Doctors and staff. Dr. Bromley has excellent skills but be prepared to wait long periods of time on an appointment due to his thoroughness and popularity. Brandee Fonseca is an excellent alternative for your routine checkup. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. Infusion suite staff is friendly, attentive and administers outstanding care. Office staff does their best to assist in matters as well. I appreciate everyone's hard work and dedication.

My father was his patient for years now that he's in rehab his office Doesn't return calls. Leaves my father to suffer and find another doctor. We where just asking for guidance but apparently that was too much to ask. Awful wish there was a negative star I could give

It is genuinely jarring how rude and mean the lady on the phone is, didn't catch her name but I've never had an experience like this in my life. Caught me off guard how mean she was, was unpleasant, uninterested and downright angry that anyone wanted her to do any work at all. Please, listen to your phone calls and realize that this person is representing your business and sick people are relying on such a person for help.

I hate to write this review. It has nothing to do with the quality of Dr. That Dr Bromley is. He is an excellent neurologist. This is about my experience in office and with his staff especially his rude office manager Pat. She had 0 manners and must forget she is dealing with patients with illness. Today was the second time I had to tell her she was rude and condescending and talking over me while i was asking questions. It is disheartening. I like Dr Bromley so much that I've waited over an hour for him on 2 occasions and although that is ridiculous he is that good of a Dr. Today Pat made up my mind for me. I will not be back there. Its very hard to find a MS specialist that is good. However it is not free. I pay to go there and will not be treated horribly. I will find someone else
