I had such a fantastic experience at Merchant Street Dental. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized, welcoming, and efficient. Check in was quick, the team was friendly, and the entire visit ran right on time. It is clear that this office values both professionalism and patient comfort, which made the whole appointment feel easy and stress free. Amy the hygienist did an amazing job with my cleaning. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything in a way that made me feel totally at ease. My check up with Dr. Ronen Shor was just as great. He was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and seamless. If I could give them 20 stars I would. They agreed to see my 10 year old son next day for some ongoing tooth pain, even though they’re not his usual practice and they’re not a pediatric dentist. Every single person at the office was a joy. The entire staff is kind, personable and knowledgeable. We were in and out so quickly but I didn’t once feel rushed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place, they really are fantastic.

They are the best! They took me for an emergency on a Friday afternoon for a root canal that needed attention immediately. Then make sure I was taken care of through out the whole crown process. Highly recommend them. Their customer service is the best I have also had when it comes to getting dental work.

Dr. Shor is awesome. He has a very good chair side manner and is extremely patient. He takes the time to throughly explain the issue and the procedure. He gives you the how and why in a polite and professional manner. Most importantly, he is an extremely skilled and confident practitioner. His colleagues in the office are also kind and extremely skilled individuals. I would recommend Merchant Street Dental to anyone!
