Cooper Urgent Care Center in Audubon

I want to share my experience with Cooper Urgent Care as I’ve seen mixed reviews recently. I thought this urgent care was great. I was able to make a reservation online (which I recommend doing early, because spots fill up quickly around sick season). I waited in the waiting room for probably about 30-35 minutes (this is nothing for me, as the wait times are awful at the other urgent cares around me). I felt like I got great care, the nurse and APN had great bedside manner. Personally, I’ve not had the best experiences at other urgent cares. I would definitely recommend here! Cooper is an awesome health care company, they really do have the best nurses and doctors!

This place was absolutely amazing and I feel that I got just as good of care as I would have in the hospital. I went in there worried that my dad needed to go to the ER and they ran several tests. I met with two doctors and several nurses that answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed even though we were there late after they closed. Dave, Anna Maria and Kayla were phenomenal. I have complete trust that my dad will be in safe hands there next time. THANK YOU!!

I fell down the stairs and hurt my wrist when stopping the fall. I went to Cooper Urgent Care in Audubon since it's a couple blocks away. I was treated poorly and with skepticism. I was asked 3 times if I was an IV drug user (by 2 different people). At one point the attending MD came back in and said she needed to get supplies from a cabinet. When I looked up from my book she was watching me. Like full on staring at me while I was reading. I thought it was weird and after this was when the Resident MD came in and he asked me 2 times if I did IV drugs. At this point it was glaringly obvious what they thought of me (and I cant even begin to guess where they got that impression, I don't even drink alcohol). My recent urgent care visit for my son's foot sprain was incredibly frustrating. Despite having a 5 PM appointment and checking in by 4:45 PM, the total visit duration was 1.5 hours. The X-ray took 35 minutes, and the doctor didn't arrive until 25 minutes after the X-ray. To make matters worse, no immediate diagnosis was provided, as the radiologist wouldn't review the X-ray for 24 hours. When I requested a CD of the images, I was told the CD burner was broken, requiring me to travel to a different facility in Cherry Hill to collect it. Ultimately, RNP Jennifer provided no diagnosis and advised a follow-up with Cooper Ortho in a week. We scheduled an appointment online and were taken immediately to check in and taken back to the room very quickly. There was a bit of a wait for the provider, but the staff and provider were really great and took great care of my son. Also, the office was very clean.
