I live this medical facility. Dr Hidalgo, Dr Ledezma and staff are great caring professionals. They really dedicate time to listen and explain the issues and treatment options. They genuinely care for their patients. I really recommend this place. No time or money wasted. God bless them.

I came to Dr. Hidalgo's Urgent Care when I was feeling very sick and I could not be more satisfied with the care that I received. I was first seen by Luis Llaque, Venezuelan physician, whose medical knowledge was immediately evident. His warm and good-humored demeanor eased my worries as a patient and made the entire visit feel comfortable. Every question I had was answered with patience and professionalism. Dr. Hidalgo also took the time to see me, and his warmth, attentiveness, and genuine concern for my well-being made a lasting impression. The entire staff was top-notch! I have gone to this Urgent Care multiple times and I have found that the Venezuelan doctor by the name of Luis Llaque who works as Dr. Hidalgo’s medical assistant is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I came with a bronchitis exacerbation, struggling to breathe, and he was able to get me breathing again. Additionally, he had one PA student, Allondra González, who was very attentive and caring. She took her time and listened to every concern and did a great job explaining next steps. The team made me feel so welcomed. Thank you!

Absolutely love the staff! Everyone is very sweet and kind and patient. Dr Ausberto is outstanding. Especially love Luis Llaque the CMA. He is the absolute BEST! Always has a smile on his face. Is super accommodating explains everything in great detail and takes his time to understand what’s wrong. I cannot speak enough on how great his attention to detail and care in making you feel better is. Very knowledge. They are lucky to have him! Thank you to all the staff ❤️.

Sharing a great experience at South Florida Urgent Care Center provided by Dr. Luis Llaque, who is Dr. Hidalgo’s Nurse Practitioner. I had a serious Staph infection coupled with Cellulitis and Dr. Llaque treated me to full recovery using excellent medical practice and in a caring manner. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Llaque and would recommend him for any and all treatment one would require. And of course, Dr. Ausberto Hidalgo is unparalleled in his professionalism, demeanor and medical practice. The best!
