Front desk staff very unhelpful and unwilling to work with us about new born coverage. When I had our insurance call the office it was a disconnected number when I asked if they could call a direct number to resolve the issue they said their lines don’t dial out. But very quick to hand out a self play form. Saving grace was their medical staff was kind, attentive, helped relieve any worries for our diagnosis and prognosis.

Milvia Sorsythe at the front desk went above and beyond helping me get an appointment and explaining the whole process. They also helped me navigate which doctor is available the earliest (as circumcision is pretty time-sensitive for newborns) as well as their techniques and how long they've been working at the clinic. Very rare to have someone as caring as that answer the phone. Usually, the people that answer the phones are unfriendly and uncaring. Compared to my other experiences, calling specialists for my newborn son, this has been the complete opposite. If I could give a thousand stars, I would.

They did a great job on the procedure itself. However the process as a whole is not good. They do not have a live person answering phones, every time you call you’re always going to a voicemail, which makes it impossible to reach them, and thus coordination and important follow up care questions impossible to get timely response on, frustrating and stressful. And heaven forbid you miss their one call back if you’re taking care of your baby - otherwise you’ve missed them for the day. Also left out important follow up care information after post op that would have saved us a lot of stress (or if they would have a live person pick up the phone when you call).

For a parent when visiting the doctor it is important to feel that their children are in the right hands and if their child also has a great time it is a clear sign that they are being treated by professionals with high human value.
