This team of physicians is very knowledgeable. They really do care for your child and are very personable, both to the child and the parent. They perform their jobs with the child's best interest in mind which is reassuring and as a mama, it gives me peace of mind.

Horrible services! Front staff extremely disrespectful and super lazy. They don’t provide accurate information about the patients needs in my case I need my vaccine records for school purpose and supposedly they can’t give it because you haven’t had an appointment with them for years. I’m extremely disappointed with the services they have provided until now the doctor here is Dr. Jorge Luaces and back when he used to be my pediatrician people around him used to be a lot more professional and they better understood the needs of the public! I really hope this place is able to come back to how they used to be before.

Today I take a time to review this medical office, because this is the only way I have to express my feeling about it. When the Doctors loses the SENSITIVITY towards his patients, he ceases to be a good doctor even if the diagnoses are accurate. I know my daughter is a number for you, but is the world for me. The business needs to improve in a costumer services and management because is a children’s factory. Unfortunately, not all the children are healthy.
