Dr. Ebalo would rather make my almost 9 month old son suffer with the eczema outbreak he's currently having, than to actually see him and help, due to a balance on the account because of an insurance screw up. Would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could put zero stars I would! My daughter was running a fever of 101-103 and I called to make her an appointment but was told to just bring her in for a walk-in visit. Continued to wait to be called into the office 2 -3 hours later! Never again will I be bringing my daughter here! I came to this office as a child and we having been bringing our child here since she was born. This is awful! Next time just be honest and say you can’t see her!

Told me they don't open. Until 9 but I literally just seen a family walk in. Really! Guess it's favoritism here. Not first or second time it has happened to my kids and I. Guess we need be different. But i do love Dr. Ebalo. Been dealing with her for 12 years she loving and caring. I will say that about HER though.

Dr. Ebalo is so caring. She has been our pediatrician for over 10 years. The nurses & staff are always very kind & helpful.

They were great for well checkups, Dr Ebalo had a very nice bedside manner about her. However, when my son had a serious respiratory infection the "sick doctor" wouldn't prescribe him so much as an over the counter medicine like Zarby's Kids even though I expressed that my insurance would pay for it if she would just call it into the local Walmart. "Oh I don't think that's necessary." Okay, can you at least call in some chest rub or an antibiotic, he can't breathe at night. "No, no, we can't do that. I'm concerned he might ingest it. We shouldn't give him antibiotics so early" ok....woow, so instead of letting my insurance cover the cost, I get to go buy my son $20 worth of medicine to get him better myself thanks to these idiots who could have easily helped by actually doing more for him
