First time patient here. My appointment was on 02/12/26. We walked in the door right at 3:00 pm for a 3:00 pm appointment. I am normally fifteen minutes early, but traffic became an issue. There were two young ladies at the reception desk. Both were smiling, friendly and professional. I had a very short wait before my wife and I were escorted to a treatment room. The young lady that escorted us asked me a few questions about my dermatology issues. She was nice and professional as well. I was a referral from the VA Hospital in Durham. Within five minutes, Dr Gregory knocked on the door and came in. Dr Gregory was very nice, smiling, and addressed all of my issues in terms that we understood. I've been going to see Dr. Gregory for about 3 years now. I've never had anything less than a pleasant experience, even if a biopsy is needed. The Doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle.

I have been requesting a call back for a simple billing question for almost a year. Instead of calling so that I can pay it they send it to collections then pull it back out and say someone will be in touch...I would not recommend.

This was my furst and last time visiting this office. This was the worst experience dr gergory never got within 5 feet of me wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to tell her I went in for two issues I didnt get one answer I have a spot on my toe my pcp checked and determined it wasn't a fungus and I needed a biopsy and to be checked out by a dermatologist she never touched me didnt get close enough to even tell whats going on.. I also have super dry skin and my scalp is just exema again she sever touched me. I got no answers at all told me to use lotion or Vaseline which I've already done I've tried everything otc I can buy. It's awful im going to have to make an appointment somewhere else ti get this taken care of im sure they'll charge my insurance for absolutely nothing!! D

I arrived early, they took me back in early, the administered the anesthetic promptly completed their work quickly and painlessly and I was done quickly and out of the office. It couldn't have been a more positive experience. Lots of competence and professionalism going on here!
