seems like a literal scam. at no point do they tell you you'll owe anyone but the hospital money, then 4 months later you get a text from these cretins saying you owe twice that amount as a separate charge? this is illegal and everyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves.

Have been on hold almost 6 hours over a dozen different phone calls. They have answered once and told me they’d call back the next day. That was 5 months ago. My bill has been paid, (was paid immediately)and they said it was, then started sending bills again for the same thing and won’t answer the phone for me to send them proof. They also refuse to respond to emails. Absolute scam and it’s disgusting.

Paid my bill and it would not let me print proof on insurance. Now they are saying they never got it.

You will update your health insurance insurance on their website, you will email them multiple times and you will call them and wait on the line for hours with no answer. They will text and threaten to send your medical bill to collections and never contact your health insurance provider. Legal action should be taken against this corporation

This place is a joke. Sending bills out months after the fact. Insurance paid this claim in December 2024 and you just now decide to bill for it. Laughable.
