Soothing Day Spa

I stopped in one day after work to look around. No English speaking skills at all. Ok.. they show me the room and I try telling them I need to go home and take a shower. I was too tired to return that night. I show up 12/18, I say hi, and told the lady that I took a shower and I'm ready. Lol she walks to the door points to the time on the door and tells me, close at nine, you shower. The second lady comes in and I thought she could comprehend what I was saying. Nope! Now they are both insisting that I go take a shower and come back. 🤣 I pull out my translator and try that. Nope! Through all of the broken sign language I could not get them to understand that I was trying to communicate to them that I already took a shower. Communication with your customers is everything. A totally unique Massage experience. I have had massages professionally for the last 15 years. During the massage I received on my first visit I was totally impressed with the level of commitment to a relaxing massage experience. The service was fantastic. The young lady that performed the massage did not speak English. However, that did not hinder her from massaging the right areas as I requested.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The lady charged me $65 for a 60 minute massage. She then asked why I did not give her a tip. I said ok, here is $10 but I will need $5 back. She then asked “ why can’t I keep the whole $10 for tip?” Will never return to this dump again!
