Manager called refused to give my name will call to report office with a grievance. All for not having a medical card .Rude manager !!! Rude service will call insurance to complain do not recommend at all .

Got a cleaning and a filling here at Sooho Joes Dentistry! Staff was nice and the dentist him self did good work! (Make sure to check the hours cause if you call when they’re closed you won’t get through.)

Office manager and I had a conflict which lead to misunderstanding, with that being said I notice she loves what she does and I give her Props. She deals with a lot and sometimes us as customers don’t understand the back story to it . She had a situation with my mom’s insurance that turned good . Remember they also fight for the the patients to be taken care.. It’s not easy . She’s cleared and that doesn’t make her have bad customer service . thank you !!!!!!!!!

Worst experience! Office Manager and staff speak ill and make fun of their patients, are rude, their phone holds are up to 30 minutes long. They claim to have called for treatment and always say they are unable to leave voicemails. When tried speaking to OM she refuses to give her or staffs names and laughs! Do not know how they are still in business!!

Dentist office staff needs some training. Every time I call they put you on a hold, last time I was on hold for over 30 minutes. They don’t put any priority to emergencies and receptionist is very bland. This is sad since Dr. Joe is actually very professional and knows what he is doing. Unfortunately I will be finding another dentist office just for the poor customer service of the receptionist.
