It’s a CVS and meets the basic standards for providing the service, but the staff varies dramatically, and I encountered a pharmacy counter person with very poor manners and apparently no customer service training or awareness. If she were my employee she’d be looking for a new job. But good help is hard to find and all that.
Stood in line for over 20 mins without moving, 8 techs back there, only 1 on the register. Pharmacies have really gone downhill.
This pharmacy rocks. The wait time is fairly quick and big shout out to Tran in the pharmacy. She helped me work with my insurance to make 2 medications incredibly affordable. Give that rockstar a raise!
