Apple Urgent Care

No stars!! The past 3 times I've gone in to be seen the dr, just sends me to er, after waiting to be seen...the Dr immediately sends me to er, never even examines me EVER, this is such poor health care quality and is so sad they do this to people BAD DR'S, POOR HEALTH CARE QUALITY!!! WONT GO HERE EVER AGAIN!!!! Dr stated that the urgent care doesn't carry an epi pen on site, really?? If what he saw was so severe of a reaction why didn't he call 911 to help me? Nope just too close to closing time more like it, sent me to er!

The staff was very friendly and courteous; however, we arrived around 9:00–9:30 a.m. and were not seen until approximately 11:30 a.m. The consultation with the doctor lasted only about five minutes, and it appeared there was a lack of communication with the nurse afterward, resulting in additional waiting time. I am still currently waiting to be assisted.

I took my son that has Autism /ADHD for a runny nose and cough. They called us quick and they took my son’s vitals. Since my sons having meltdown and we can’t bring my son to the room they let us sit on the side and Dr.Rios check on my son there. The medical staff Arlene, Elsa & Katelyn that assist us are very kind, friendly, professional and they have a lot of patience for my son. I would highly recommend their services to my family and friends.

Front desk lady was rude and the medical assistant felt like she was rushing when taking my vitals dr when was fast and really good definitely going back when he’s there.

They are not busy at all and they making me wait for more than one hour, nurse is very impolite and rude. She acts like is in a hurry. I saw the Doctor in his office do it anything and came with no information about my results for urine infection and pregnancy test. The place need more organization and communication.
