I had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. The office itself was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. I especially want to recognize Cassie, who was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me. Her calm and positive attitude really helped ease my nerves and made the experience much more comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients and takes pride in her work

I wish I could have given negative review. I went for cleaning and regular check up. I had no issues. they suggested dental fillings for a tooth which had already filling. They did very bad job and I was having pain and sensitive tooth from then, just made my life hell.

I want to start off by saying. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Maria , was so professional by coming up with a dental plan for me . And through the whole time Maria assured me that I would be comfortable in their care. " since I had a bad experience before with a denist." Julie , the hygienist. I can not speak more highly of her . From the beginning till the end. Julie, made sure I felt comfortable. Talking me through the whole procedure. Knowing I was nervous. I had been going to this dentist since Dr Madrid owned it. Now it is operated under a group of dentists who have very nasty front Office staff who treated me terrible. I had to leave and find another Dentistry which I did and discovered that Sonrisa was not providing the standard of service for cleanings. Glad I left.

I haven't been to a dentist in 15 years because of pain caused by last dentist. Had a broken tooth sept.30 went here saw Dr t,almost no pain from deadening to extraction got 2 teeth extracted. In and out in hour and a half. Strongly recommend.
