I ordered a pair of Sennheiser headphones and before even taking possession their are problems. Customer service with Miriam started horribly but we got that turned to the positive. They use a low grade UPS which suck. The extended warranty Surebright coverage is already in error . Sorry Sonova (they bought out the consumer division of Sennheiser) but don't order online their service sucks especially if your in Canada. Stay way.
Just have to give a great shout out to one of you guys get employee Sherri! She is amazing from her energy to her knowledge of the place she can always point you in the right direction forever grateful for her help
