Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Interaction Unfortunately, my experience with Roy Sonkin's Dental office was extremely disappointing—and it didn’t even get past the initial phone call. I called to inquire whether the office was accepting new patients. Lillian answered the phone and immediately had a rude and undermining tone when requesting insurance information. I provided my insurance details and mentioned that my husband also has coverage for our daughter. When I stated that my insurance is a PPO, Lillian interrupted and said, "We don’t take HMOs here." I politely corrected her by saying, “It’s actually a PPO,” but she seemed annoyed and dismissive. She said she would call me back after checking if either plan was in-network. When she returned my call, she informed me that

I’ve been going to Dr Sonkin for years. Hands down the best dentist. His expertise and humor takes all the stress out of dental visits. He took care of my daughter through her teenage invisiline tooth straighten. She adores him. He’s taken something out of my husbands eye that would have taken him to the ER if he didn’t just so happen to have a dentist appointment that day. He’s the best… one of a kind.

We visited 6/1/2018 and liked the place as well as whole team. They are fantastic. My daughter always scared to simple injection and no dentist could touch her earlier. Now she is willing to go again to extract her another teeth! Dr. Sonkins are very friendly and likeable to kids. Awesome place for you dental services.

Dr.Sonkin has treated me and my family for years. He was probably the only dentist that helped me with my awful fear of dentists. After a few years that we didn’t have dental insurance I came back and paid out of pocket. He was not only incredible throughout the procedure but extremely helpful afterwards helping me make a plan. All in all I will continue recommending him to all of my friends and family. He is pleasant and skillful and well worth the visit!

I must say the EXPERIENCE i had at Sonkin was Amazing. I hate going to dentist, the last time I was at dentist office was about 7 years ago. Now, needing to get root canal forced me to go. The experience at Sonkin has really changed my perception of dentist offices. The Passion and Professionalism that goes into each patients is amazing. They explain the process in detail and are very gentle. Thank you Dr. Sonkin.
