CVS Pharmacy

I came to this CVS pharmacy at 8:37 PM while they were still open to fill a prescription for a common antibiotic. The staff initially told me I needed to go somewhere else because they were “closing “ and can’t fill it tonight even though the pharmacy was still open. When I asked to speak to a manager, the pharmacist then looked at my prescription and suddenly said the medication was “out of stock.” The explanation changed only after I asked for a manager, which felt dishonest and dismissive. This is a very common antibiotic, and I later confirmed with another cvs pharmacy that is open 24 hours they checked and told me that it is typically stocked, including at this location. Patients should not be turned away during open hours or given misleading information instead of proper service. Ve

I was having a problem with my order and I could not get my coupons to work. I wish I got the ladies name who helped me. She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind

The staff was efficient and professional. I was pleased with their service.

The pharmacy department is extremely helpful and attentive to customers.

Exhausted of the disrespect when I choose to be rung up at register not at a do it yourself register. I do not have a hearing problem nor is there a language barrier. Stop advising your workers to keep asking(4×) customers when customer alreadys responds. No thank you, that im standing in front a register where i would like to be rung up. Please share with DM.
