Doctor Sonia Gosain MD was my surgeon today in Virginia Hospital in Arlington Virginia. The doctor, the nurses and thenanesthesia doctor were highly professional, hospitable and friendly. I just had endoscopy, ultrasound and biopsy. You feel home with them. Virgina Hospital is also one of the best. Thank you very much Doctor. Mohamed Ahmed Farah-Isahaki

Since my previous review, I'm happy to say that both Dr. Gosain and Kaiser Gastroenterology have reached out to me with further discussion and explanation. I appreciate their willingness to work with me on my health concerns. She was nice but dismissed my desire for a lactose intolerance test that Kaiser posts on their website. She said it's not accurate and didn't discuss further.

Everything from start to finish was thorough, friendly, and efficient. Great medical care from the entire team.

Disregarded every symptom I told her and kept giving false reassurance that ultimately led to the death of a loved one.

I scheduled an appointment through the appointment line with KP. Earlier in the month, KP had made a mistake and canceled my insurance after I paid the premium, so while they're getting it reinstated they have me on a temporary policy, and they say I can't access the website (silly policy, because I can't access test results, messages from the doctor, or ANYTHING, including video appointments). So when I scheduled the appointment, I explained this. The rep who scheduled me sent instructions to Dr. Gosain's office to send me a text message with the video link instead of an email that would require me to log on to the KP web site (which I can't do). Dr. Gosain's office didn't follow those instructions (I called after and confirmed twice that those instructions were sent over... they just
