They have taken care of my pets for many years now. Recently my golden was failing. He was 15. Dr. Reed had help him through the last year and made him comfortable. Harley enjoyed his final year. When it was time D.R. Reed helped us with his final appt. The staff was so compassionate. They are a great place to take care of your pets.

I have used this office since way back when Dr Thompson was the vet. He was excellent and we also used to board our pets there when we were out of town. I recently came back to the area and used them again, even though it's about 20-30 minutes from me, it was worth it. The office has changed, but it's still very clean. Everyone is very nice and caring towards my animals. I always have a great experience each time we go.

The wonderful staff took care of my black lab, Jake until I decided it was truly time for him to cross the bridge. They treated him like the little man that he was to me, not just some old thing and for that I am forever grateful. They gave me a private room with him so that I could say goodbye and mourn his passing for as long as I needed. Great people!

Ok vet, but fairly expensive. My main complaint is they do not work easily with Chewy for prescriptions. They make you pick up a written script and mail in rather then approve quickly by fax or phone so they can sell meds at inflated profit. Should be able to make process easier and quicker or price match Chewy.

The vets, Dr. Hickman and Dr. Reed, are phenomenal. The entire staff is friendly and treat my cats like their own pets. Compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I'm a nervous "Momma" and called with questions. They took their time to address my concerns and put my mind at ease. The facility is spotless. Every area very clean and sterile. Definitely a 5- star clinic.
