If you are looking at the reviews thinking “should I book this?” My advice: yes. A great value & such a great experience. The room was warm & comfortable with relaxing music and a heating pad on the bed. Natalie is an extremely knowledgeable & strong woman, who targeted all areas of tension. She is such a caring woman, who even walked me to the door after, because the building was dark. I was later in the evening, which was also a huge perk! I can’t wait to have more sessions with her, and will be telling everyone I know. (I promise you will be too if you book)

I have been doing the structural integration series, and I can definitely notice a difference! I have had three back surgery and struggle so incredibly much with back pain and this is definitely helping alleviate that and improving my posture!
