Customer Reviews
I have been a member of Sollis for several years. I joined after I fell in my NY hotel and hit my head. The hotel doctor encouraged me to go to their East side facility and join. Sollis had me imaged and diagnosed immediately after my fall, sending the result to my doctor in California. I have urged friends all over the country to join. I am 81 and can travel anywhere and everywhere pretty fearlessly, knowing strong medical help is a phone call away.
Walked in at 9:20 AM doubled over with abdominal pain and walked out before 12:30 PM feeling 100× better. Zero wait: Straight from reception to a private room—no paperwork, no crowd. Swift team: Nurse by 9:35, doctor by 9:40. Instant relief: IV pain med started 9:50; pain gone in minutes. Top tech: In‑house CT at 10:00, results reviewed with me by 11:00. Clear plan: Mild diverticulitis confirmed, antibiotics + take‑home meds arranged, radiologist double‑checked remotely. Out the door: Discharged 12:15 with prescriptions and clear recovery guidance. The staff was calm, precise, and genuinely caring. The facility is spotless and outfitted like a small hospital—minus the chaos. Yes, you pay more (a CT adds roughly $2.5 K), but the time saved and peace of mind are priceless. If you wa
I joined Sollis because I’d heard they take a more personalized approach to medicine—but this exceeded all my expectations. When I went in Dr. Hilton, a wonderful man, had already read my file—none of this skimming-it-right-in front-of-you-stuff. He talked to me as long as I needed, and really listened—he never made me feel rushed. He even followed up and called me after my visit, and coordinated with my PCP so nothing got lost in the shuffle.
The staff, doctors and.assistants who work at Sollis at the 77 location are terrific and kind. But the place is run down and needs to be renovated. The couches have stains. To charge these hefty fees they need to provide a more pleasant environmental.
Dr eiting means well but unless he calls im treated horribly. They also don’t tell you they don’t bill medicare. Its becoming too expensive to go in. Once i asked a nurse to not draw blood in a certain spot because it was scar tissued. I asked “is this what you want to do or is it correct?” She said both and proceeded to blow up 3 veins and get no iv access. This was after being told to come in because i was having an allergic reaction….the response from the dr was “so why are you even here?” I was bawling.
