My family and I moved to Frostburg and I needed to establish family care so I went to Solace Family Healthcare and really enjoyed my first visit. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned and listened to me and my concerns. I will be using them as my family care going forward. I also told my wife and daughter that they should make an appointment and get established. This part of my review is a second review. I want to Thank each and every employee at Solace Family Healthcare. I struggle with opioid addiction which I'm not afraid to admit or talk to other people about because if I can help another person get clean and sober i will help them in anyway possible. If you have an addiction go see Tracy she will sit and listen to you and completely understands what you're going through. Please don't be

My first time experience with Solace was undoubtedly WONDERFUL. I was able to schedule my appointment online. I then needed to call to alert the office that I was running 5 minutes behind due to traffic delay and the response of the office personnel made me smile, as they were kind and understanding. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly staff person and my wait was only a few minutes. I felt so at ease talking with the person who completed my intake and talking with Tracy was like talking to an understanding and supportive friend. This has NOT been my experience anywhere. She was patient and informative and her words gave me hope that my concerns were taken seriously. I am so appreciative of this visit and to me, first impressions are EVERYTHING.

I had a great experience for urgent care. Everyone was so nice and I was in and out in 30 minutes and was properly treated. Tracy and the staff were so kind!! I had sat at Med Express for almost 3 hours and did not end up getting treated because my treatment required a nurse and they did not have one there that day, very frustrating. I left there and went directly over to Solace and had such a great experience. I'm hoping they are accepting new patients and I can switch my Primary Care to them!
