The staff were very nice and the wait time was short. The Dr was super nice. Explained everything in great detail. I even had the hearing test results before I left with possible scenarios. I can’t recommend them enough.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the audiologist explained everything before she did it, so I could know what to expect. I was curious about how the different tests revealed what was making me have vertigo and surprised that my left ear was worse than my right one. There was no pushing for treatment, just clear explanations of what is going on in my ears and what I can do about it. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Took my Dad for a hearing test due to a skin infection he had recently in his ear. Staff and audiologist were very professional. Very pleased and would highly recommend their services.
I would 100% recommend this office … My experience was quick in & out, VERY thorough, polite, patient and compassionate.. This office truly cares about their patients… The receptionist, and the doctor were very nice ….
The doctor and staff were kind and caring. They answered any question I had and were very thorough. Over all a very positive experience.
