Martin's Pharmacy

If you don't mind waiting 30 minutes just because 4 people are in front of you, just to be told no, they haven't filled your prescriptions, you had emailed the day before, then this is the pharmacy for you.

It’s was my first time there tbh I had to pick up a prescription. They was very easy to deal with and helpful i really appreciated them customer service and the energy everyone had there. Nice super market as well

I'm sure it's great most days, and I can't speak of the average customer that goes there (I'm in and out at about 1-3 mins. Max) - but there always seems to be lines out into the aisles when I come here for my families prescriptions. And the LAST thing I want to do after I work a 9-5 is wait for 30+ minutes for prescriptions. Do better.

If I could have rated them zero, I would have. After 10 months, they no longer had the right insurance in the system. I had to come back another day. When I came back I told them I needed another prescription refilled. I gave them what I needed, which I need monthly, and it’s been the same for 10 months as well. I was told they didn’t have all of it. I came for the third time and they had filled the wrong script. Then I was told the one I needed had ran out. It was a Friday after 5, of course. They were filling things and using the insurance from 2023!! Then I left and attempted to call for hours. Definitely unacceptable! Luckily I had some samples from my doctor that I hadn’t used while I now have to wait till Monday!

I had a negative experience with a local pharmacy that never had some of my medications, so decided to switch to Martin’s Pharmacy in LaVale. I have been a customer since this past Fall, and only have had a positive experience! The ladies who work at the pharmacy are very courteous and patient! I had a recent change in dosage and the pharmacist told me she had ordered it and will be here tomorrow afternoon! My former pharmacy would not tell me when the medication was out of stock, and then asked me whether I wanted it or not! Then I’d have to wait until it was ordered! It was frustrating! I’m happy with the staff at the pharmacy, and appreciate their patience and professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile!
